Frank will be teaching an afternoon flow Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. This class will be 30-45 minutes long. Gentle movement with breath to center you, half way through your day.
Class starts at 1:00PM
Tuesday night, Frank will be teaching a Power Flow.
Class will be 45-60 minutes long. This practice will build heat combining movement with breath.
Online classes will be held using Zoom conferencing. The class will be locked out after start time.
