Offering group and private yoga sessions, “Lunch and Learn Programs” in the workplace, organizations, libraries, Hospitals and many other venues, Elizabeth has spoken before many audiences and groups about living life with mindfulness and purpose. She studied Health Education at Southern Connecticut State University, Certified Fitness and Yoga Instructor since 1983, Studied at the University of Massachusetts mindfulness school, author of 5 steps to living life with purpose and creator of “Surrender” a Guided Meditation CD.


Joy K Lanzerotte


Joy Kathryn Lanzerotte, MA, Licensed Counseling/Psychologist specializing in integrative health and wellness, author, public speaker, former university professor and yoga teacher/trainer for 2.5 decades with over 5,000 hours of teaching and training.  Joy has taught yoga throughout the US.  While in STL she taught the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra.  She was a yoga teacher/trainer at Avalon Yoga and Art in Palo Alto, CA.  She completed her philosophy studies with Carlos Pomedas, Berkely CA and deepened her yoga studies with Ben Thomas, Desiree Rumbaugh, Lolly Font, Lyn Magee and continues with her primary yoga teacher Erich Schiffmann.  Joy has offered yoga at various conferences, she is a regular presenter at Flagstaff Yoga Festival, and taught a semester of yoga as a second language at MCC, Mesa AZ.  As a guest instructor at spas in CA she was engulfed with the diversity each body brings to yoga leading her to offer workshops on feet and principals of alignment. In 2008, she implemented a yoga program for students, staff and faculty at Aeronautical University, Prescott AZ.  She was also the yoga teacher for the golf team and offered sessions for students on stress management.  In 2010, Joy was recognized by The Arizona Yoga Association as “Featured Teacher of the Year”.  She remains a member of Yoga for the Vets and focuses her counseling on change, stress management, cancer, valley fever, health wellness and communication.  Joy currently resides in Phoenix and teaches at A Mindfulness Life Center, Scottsdale AZ, throughout the state of AZ, online and nationally.  Her playful manner focuses on alignment for all body types and diversity.
