Take a moment to enjoy therapeutic asana that incorporates yin and restorative yoga, guided meditation, pranayama, and inspirational readings to cultivate overall health and well-being from the inside out. This class is designed to give the practitioner an intimate experience of body and breath.
The sequences in this class will integrate poses that target the connective tissue to help alleviate chronic tensions. As the body begins to become more flexible and limber, the pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation aspects of class become more accessible. With this greater peace in body and mind students can come into the pure potential that is always within.
Sybil sets the tone for personal inquiry and transformation in each of her classes. Her intention is to provide a sacred space in which self development is encouraged and personal well being is improved.
